1. How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the final destination. These will be detailed in your final invoice before the second payment (50%) is made. Since we ship from our warehouse in Germany, we offer competitive rates for European and international destinations.
2. Can I cancel my Pre-Order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 7 days of the initial deposit. After this period, the 50% down payment is non-refundable as it is used to secure production and materials specifically for your boutique.
3. What is the return policy for wholesale orders?
In the B2B sector, returns are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects or shipping errors. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will provide a replacement or a credit note for your next order.
4. When exactly will I receive my order?
All pre-orders are scheduled to leave our German warehouse on August 20th. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days within Europe.
5. What happens if I don't pay the remaining 50%?
The final payment must be settled before August 15th to ensure your order is dispatched on the scheduled date. Orders not paid in full by the shipping date may be subject to cancellation and the loss of the initial deposit.
